England B 2025 is made up of the following students:

European Schools Debating Championships 2025

Both Team England and England B competed at the European Schools Debating Championship 2025, which took place in February and March and saw 34 teams from countries across Europe participate. After six preliminary rounds, both England teams were placed in the top eight and thus qualified for the knockout rounds, with England B ranked 3rd and Team England ranked 5th. Although both teams were sadly knocked out in the quarter-finals, the teams’ performance was extremely impressive, and bodes well for the world championships later in the year.

Particular congratulations must go to Adrian, Maia, and Aryaman, who ranked 7th, 8th, and 9th respectively in the individual speaker rankings (known as the speaker tab). Maia was also the top ranked novice speaker, while Aryaman, Valerie, and Alvin ranked 4th, 5th and 7th respectively on the English as a Second Language (ESL) speaker tab.
